SCHOLARSHIP

& GRANT

The ASFP resident or student member interested in applying for research funding must first submit an application. A project for funding consideration should be related to the advancement of some aspect of the field of forensic podiatry.  Each member of the ASFP Board of Directors will review the application. It will be up to the Board of Directors to decide which projects will be funded. Approval by the Board is by unanimous decision. The amount awarded for each grant request, and the number of grants to be awarded per year, will be determined by the Board of Directors, based on the amount of funds available in the treasury, the number of applicants who meet the criteria for approval, and the amount requested to fund a project. It is expected that a paper based on the research project suitable for publication will be submitted to the Board of Directors at the completion of the funded study.

If you are interested in applying, please fill out an application and follow the submission instructions. Questions? Contact us
